1. International students must purchase insurance in accordance with the Administrative Measures for School to Enroll and Train International Students (Decree No. 42 of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China).

2. The students without medical insurance shall not be allowed to handle registration procedure of the school.

3. Information about insurance claims:

(1) Insurance claim can only be applied in the event of an accident or hospitalization.

(2) After recovering and leaving hospital, international students shall apply for claims to the insurance company in time and provide relevant documents, such as the original and copy of medical record, the original and copy of general list of hospital expenses affixed with official seal, and the copy of passport.

(3) The insurance company will refuse to settle claims for medical and other related expenses incurred in accidents resulting from acts in violation of laws and school discipline, such as fighting and fistfight, etc., and the parties concerned shall pay for their own expenses.
