梁银明,41岁,中共党员。实验室立足于小鼠模型探索疾病机制、开发了粒细胞缺陷等系列特色动物模型。取得了以下学术成绩:第一、首次发现RLTPR作为免疫应答关键调控“开关”,解开了T淋巴细胞共刺激信号传导之谜,相关结果在Nature Immunology发表(DOI 10.1038/ni.2634),该分子于2016年被《科学-细胞信号》评为细胞信号研究重大突破。第二、首次实现在小鼠活体水平对成熟T细胞内靶基因进行条件性剔除。该模型部分结果在Nature Immunology发表(DOI 10.1038/ni.2843)。第三、构建我国第一个免疫模式动物平台。平台拥有免疫研究相关动物模型品系超过300个,保存活体小鼠品系超过100个。第四、构建了小鼠及细胞系快速基因编辑方案,相关研究以共同通讯作者2019年10月在Nature Immunology发表,并获国内外媒体报道。近期研究结果以通讯作者在PLoS Pathogens、EMBO Reports、SCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences等国际著名期刊发表。在动物模型构建技术及基础研究方面取得了系列进步。研发了新一代人源化小鼠,在国外动物模型的基础上,实现了粒细胞缺失,进一步优化了人源化受体小鼠方案。实验室聚焦免疫相关重大疾病动物模型研究及致病机制研究,是我国该领域最为活跃的实验室之一。
